Quick & Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
1 can(s)large can of large cut veggies
1 can(s)small can tomato sauce
1 can(s)standard size can of diced tomatoes
1beef bouillon, cubes
1 can(s)roast beef ~or ~ fresh beef stew meat
1 dash(es)salt, pepper, paprika, parsley or other spices (optional)
How to Make Quick & Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
- If you are using all canned ingredients (or leftover roast beef), just dump in all in the Crockpot, cook all day, and when you come home, supper is ready.
- If you are using fresh beef stew meat, pan brown it in a small amount of EVOO, maybe add a dash of soy sauce. Then add browned meat plus everything else into the crockpot & cook all day on low.
- I usually turn my crockpot on high for the first 30 minutes to an hour, then turn it down to low for the remaining time.
