Ingredients
- 4 - franks
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- pinch salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- dash pepper
- 4 - coney buns
How To Make quick coney islands

Step 1Brown beef in skillet.

Step 2Add 1/2 cup onion and celery.

Step 3Cook until almost tender and drain off fat.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 5Warm buns in oven.

Step 6Heat franks in small amount of water.

Step 7Spread mustard on buns.

Step 8Place 1 frank in each bun, spoon on hot coney sauce and add remaining onions on top.
