Ingredients

  • 1 large can(s)
    dinty moore beef stew
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 1 jar(s)
    savory beef gravy
  • 1 can(s)
    whole-kernel corn
  • 16 oz. pkg
    frozen homestyle noodles

How to Make Quick Beef Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Empty Dinty Moore Beef Stew into large non-stick kettle.
  2. Add the beef broth and jar of beef gravy. Add about 1/4 cup of water to empty gravy jar, adjust lid tightly, and shake gently to "clean" the gravy from the jar. Empty this into the beef stew mixture.
  3. Bring this to a gentle boil. Add the drained whole-kernel corn and the frozen noodles. Return to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  4. You may add any additional vegetable of your choice, if you don't like the corn; add canned green beans, peas, carrots, etc., all drained, of course. I have added sliced dehydrated onions, also, and that is very good. Serve this with hot crusty bread and a salad for a complete meal. I do not add any additional salt, but I do like to add course ground pepper.
