quick beef dumpling dinner
I got this note from my niece Stephanie requesting a recipe: "One recipe my Mom did as a kid which was probably just a quick, cheap meal, but I still have fond memories of it, and haven’t had it for 20 years. It was ground hamburger with mixed vegetables and gravy, and topped with biscuits. I don’t know what Mom used for the gravy, but I remember it as comfort food." I thought she was talking about shepherd's pie, but when I spoke with Susan, this is the recipe she gave me! Who knew? LOL It is super fast, super easy, and super tasty as you can tell from Stephanie's note.
