green chiles, small
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pkg
corn chips or tortilla chips
1 pkg
shredded cheese 8 ounce
1 can(s)
black olives, chopped, optional
1 can(s)
mushroom pieces, optional
1 small
diced onion, optional

How to Make Quick and Easy Taco Casserole


  • 1Brown and drain meat. Add both cans of soup, green chiles and onion, mushrooms,olives (if you like them). Heat through...maybe 5 minutes
  • 2Crush bag of chips.
  • 3Layer in 9x13 baking pan. Sauce,chips, cheese, repeat until out of ingredients.
  • 4Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes...Serve with your favorite mexican sides.
  • 5Can be prepared ahead, or even frozen before or after baking for a quick freezer meal
