Quick and Easy Taco Casserole

1 lb
hamburger meat, or ground turkey
1 can(s)
green chiles, small
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pkg
corn chips or tortilla chips
1 pkg
shredded cheese 8 ounce
1 can(s)
black olives, chopped, optional
1 can(s)
mushroom pieces, optional
1 small
diced onion, optional


1Brown and drain meat. Add both cans of soup, green chiles and onion, mushrooms,olives (if you like them). Heat through...maybe 5 minutes
2Crush bag of chips.
3Layer in 9x13 baking pan. Sauce,chips, cheese, repeat until out of ingredients.
4Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes...Serve with your favorite mexican sides.
5Can be prepared ahead, or even frozen before or after baking for a quick freezer meal
