Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger meat, or ground turkey
  • 1 can green chiles, small
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 package corn chips or tortilla chips
  • 1 package shredded cheese 8 ounce
  • 1 can black olives, chopped, optional
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, optional
  • 1 small diced onion, optional

How To Make quick and easy taco casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown and drain meat. Add both cans of soup, green chiles and onion, mushrooms,olives (if you like them). Heat through...maybe 5 minutes
  • Step 2
    Crush bag of chips.
  • Step 3
    Layer in 9x13 baking pan. Sauce,chips, cheese, repeat until out of ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes...Serve with your favorite mexican sides.
  • Step 5
    Can be prepared ahead, or even frozen before or after baking for a quick freezer meal
