I call this Quarantine Goulash because I invented it when I couldn't get to the store. I wanted to see what I could do with the ingredients I had on hand.

prep time
cook time 20 Min
method Stove Top
yield 2 to 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine or 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz.) mild rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 ounces water

How To Make quarantine goulash

  • Step 1

  • Step 2
Add noodles to a large pot of boiling water and cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Step 3
Combine the tomatoes & chilies with the meat mixture. Add one can water and cooked noodles. Mix thoroughly.
