Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef or turkey,cook and scramble
  • 32 oz
    can kidney beans and liquid
  • 12 oz
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 c
    spicy v-8
  • 15 oz
    can libby's pumpkin mix (the one with the spices already in)
  • 15 oz
    can solid pumpkin (libby's 100% pure)
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    chopped yellow and red bell peppers combined

How to Make Pumpkin Chili for the Crock Pot


  1. After browning and breaking up the meat, drain and set aside.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in the crock pot.
  2. Add the meat to the pot and mix.
    Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
