Ingredients

lean ground beef or turkey,cook and scramble
32 oz
can kidney beans and liquid
12 oz
can crushed tomatoes
2 c
spicy v-8
15 oz
can libby's pumpkin mix (the one with the spices already in)
15 oz
can solid pumpkin (libby's 100% pure)
1 c
chopped celery
1 c
chopped yellow and red bell peppers combined

How to Make Pumpkin Chili for the Crock Pot

Step-by-Step

  • 1After browning and breaking up the meat, drain and set aside.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in the crock pot.
  • 2Add the meat to the pot and mix.
    Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
