Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey,cook and scramble
  • 32 ounces can kidney beans and liquid
  • 12 ounces can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups spicy v-8
  • 15 ounces can libby's pumpkin mix (the one with the spices already in)
  • 15 ounces can solid pumpkin (libby's 100% pure)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped yellow and red bell peppers combined

How To Make pumpkin chili for the crock pot

  • Step 1
    After browning and breaking up the meat, drain and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in the crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Add the meat to the pot and mix. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
