Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey,cook and scramble
- 32 ounces can kidney beans and liquid
- 12 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups spicy v-8
- 15 ounces can libby's pumpkin mix (the one with the spices already in)
- 15 ounces can solid pumpkin (libby's 100% pure)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped yellow and red bell peppers combined
How To Make pumpkin chili for the crock pot

Step 1After browning and breaking up the meat, drain and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in the crock pot.

Step 2Add the meat to the pot and mix. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
