pulled beef wraps

I needed something quick, easy, and inexpensive to make one night for Bunco so I created these wraps. I first made them with Lloyds pulled pork and added Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. They were a hit. There was no left overs :) I then made them this past Sunday for a baby shower but replaced the pork for brisket. Again, they were a hit! They only take about 10-15 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 16oz jack daniels pulled beef
  • 1 jar hamburger sliced pickles, or chop pickle spears
  • 1 package mission jalapeno cheddar tortillas (6 ct.)

How To Make pulled beef wraps

  • Step 1
Cook Jack Daniels Pulled Beef packages. Follow heating instructions on the package. Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
Add beef to one side of a tortilla (amount desired). Do not fill all the way to the edges. Leave room for wrapping. Add desired amount of pickles. I usually add 4-6 depending on size.
  • Step 3
Wrapping: You are going to wrap it like a burrito. Begin with the side that has the beef. Fold in the sides and then begin folding the beef side in all the way to the other side.
  • Pulled Beef Wraps - Brisket in Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and hamburger sliced dill pickles wrapped in jalapeno cheddar tortillas. I have made these for gatherings and they are a hit! I have also made them with pulled pork.
    Step 4
Cut diagonally in the middle. Repeat all the above steps. And you are done! Enjoy :)
