Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken or ground turkey
- 15 ounces tomato sauce, italian seasoned
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 ounces spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup almond milk or rice milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup giuten free flour
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 package turkey pepperoni or reg pepperoni
How To Make pizza casserole g.f.

Step 1Cook turkey or chicken until light brown and drain.

Step 2Stir in tomato sauce, onions, green peppers, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano, garlic and dash of hot pepper sauce if desired; bring to boiling.

Step 3Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile in a small mixer bowl, beat milk, melted butter, oil and eggs for 1 minute; add the flour and beat 2 minutes more.

Step 5Turn the meat mix into a 9x13 pan.

Step 6Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese; top with the flour batter mixture

Step 7Sprinkle with turkey pepperoni pieces..

Step 8Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes, or until golden.

Step 9Let stand 10 minutes before serving And serve with your choice of pasta if you like.
