1Remove Roast at least 2 hours before cook time, the closer to room temp the better. When your ready to cook your roast set your oven to preheat @ 450 degrees.
2Take your room temp butter blend rose marry, garlic and pepper with fork.
Remove roast from it's pkg. rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
Place in or on a small roasting pan I used a broil pan. Place roast fat side up. Rub butter mixture all over the top and sides of roast.
3Take your box of salt and add 1 cup more or less of cold water, mix until damp but not wet and salt is sticking to sides of bowel. Now place the salt on top of the butter covering top and all side at least 1/4 inch . Now your ready to place in the oven. Remember the first 10 min. at 450 then reduce to 250 at 20 min. per pound for the remaining time. ( DO NOT ) open the oven at anytime to check on the roast. Heat is the key to this turning out right. Remove when time is up and let stand for 10 min. Remove salt cover that will be hard now from roast and carve . Enjoy.
