- 1 bag frozen italian meatballs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 - diced onion
- 8 slices bacon
- 5 cups beef broth
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 - 16 oz sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - italian seasonings to taste
How To Make pressure cooker swedish meatballs

Step 1Turn pressure cooker on to saute. Cook bacon. Remove and dice up. Add butter & olive oil. Saute onions and mushrooms. Add bacon back in.

Step 2Add penne pasta, beef broth, soup, meatballs. Stir to combine. Set to pressure cook for 8 minutes.

Step 3Release pressure. Add sour cream. Stir to combine. Add seasonings, salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4Serve with garlic bread and salad.
