Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot


  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen italian meatballs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1
    diced onion
  • 8 slice
  • 5 c
    beef broth
  • 2 c
    penne pasta
  • 1
    16 oz sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    italian seasonings to taste

How to Make Pressure Cooker Swedish Meatballs


  1. Turn pressure cooker on to saute. Cook bacon. Remove and dice up. Add butter & olive oil. Saute onions and mushrooms. Add bacon back in.
  2. Add penne pasta, beef broth, soup, meatballs. Stir to combine. Set to pressure cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Release pressure. Add sour cream. Stir to combine. Add seasonings, salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
