Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2.5 cups crushed cornflakes
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1.5 cups mashed potatoes
How To Make potato topped meat loaf

Step 1Combine beef, veal, pork and cornflakes.

Step 2Beat eggs, add to meat mixture with salt, sage and milk.

Step 3Put into greased loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Step 4Unmold; frost with potatoes.

Step 5Bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are browned.
