1 1/2 lbground chuck

1 mediumonion,chopped

1 largeclove garlic,minced

1 jar(s)marinara sauce( 16 oz.)

2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
6 cthinly sliced peeled potatoes
-
1 1/2 csliced mushrooms
-
1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
2 Tbspshredded parmesan cheese
How to Make Potato Lasagna
- In a skillet on medium heat brown beef,drain.Put beef back in skillet,add onions,mushrooms and garlic until onions are tender and mushrooms are golden.Add sauce and parsley; heat on medium low stirring occasionally.
- In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish,arrange half the potato slices.Top 3 cups of beef mixture,add remaining potatoes and sauce.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.Uncover ,top with cheese bake 5 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
