This is the recipe my brother always asks for on his birthday (he's 52), which means it MUST be pretty darn good! So tender, easy and mouth-watering. I've been making it for years and it never fails.

Ingredients
- 3-3.5# pounds pot roast or similar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
How To Make pot roast slow cook

Step 1Place a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil in a 9 X 13 inch roasting pan. Place roast on top of foil, then soup and soup mix. No need to mix up; it does this on its own! Make a tent with the foil and place in oven. Cook all day @250 degrees.

Step 2Serve with egg noodles. The gravy is incredible and the meat just falls apart. Enjoy!
