How To Make pot roast sandwiches
-
Step 1put roast in crock pot overnight, add your spices, marinade, water, and beef broth
-
Step 2the next day sautee' onion and pepper, make beer bread according to package and shred your roast
-
Step 3put roast, onion and peeper back into the crockpot
-
Step 4when you are ready to eat drain the liquid off the roast and turn on the broiler in your oven
-
Step 5slice your beer bread in THICK slices, add your mayo or the garlic garlic spread, pile on the shredded roast, add one or two slices of provolone cheese, (I only added one slice but wished I added a second). Assemble the sandwiches right on your broiler pan, makes it easier
