pot roast just like mom made when i was a kid
I found this recipe about 12 years ago and it was a oven type and I made it into a crockpot because I was working all the time. This is so good and it makes a great gravy, if you would like more gravy for a larger crowd then I would use 2 cans of soup. You do not need any water or any other spices it is great just the way it is . I serve it with mashed potatoes or butter garlic egg noodles. Your family will love it and they will think you were in the kitchen for a long time but you know it was very easy.
