This is a quick & easy meal, if you are busy or working. I substitute french onion soup instead of dry onion soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 10.75 condensed can of mushroom soup
  • 1 ounce package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2-5 pounds pot roast
  • - potatoes, cutup, canned
  • - carrots, cut up, cammed
  • - celery, cut up
  • - gravy master

How To Make pot roast

  • Step 1
    In crock pot mix can of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, & water. place roast in crock pot. Place veggies around roast. Cook on high, for almost 3-4 hours, or low for 8-9 hours
