Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup onion, chopped
1 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make pot luck casserole

Step 1

Lightly brown beef and onion. Add tomato sauce. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add well drained macaroni with other ingredients, except cheese, stirring well.
Step 3

Place in a 1 quart casserole dish and top with cheese.
Step 4

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
