I learned this recipe from a neighbor who only spoke French back in 1957. We are still friends today, 53 years later! This will serve 4, double it for 8!!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
How To Make portishunway (poor mans shephard pie)

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion until cooked thoroughly, drain.

Step 2Use instant, or homemade mashed potatoes all ready prepared to equal 2 cups

Step 3Spray 8x8 baking dish with spray oil. Place ground beef mixture in bottom of dish. Pour creamed corn over meat and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
