Ingredients
- 1lb - ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onoin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1-15oz can tomato sauce, reduced sodium
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Step 1preheat oven to 350.mix all ingredients together and make into balls(as big or small as you like)bake until done.

Step 2i use tomatoe juice and pour it over the balls before they go in the oven
