my mom used this recipe and we still use it today.it's my son-in-laws favorite

Ingredients

  • 1lb - ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onoin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-15oz can tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

How To Make porcupins (meat balls)

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350.mix all ingredients together and make into balls(as big or small as you like)bake until done.
  • Step 2
    i use tomatoe juice and pour it over the balls before they go in the oven
