These little meatballs are the start of a delicous meatball sandwich. The combination of the meat and the sauce over a hoagie bun with some cheese and lettuce is fantastic. Leftover, these meatballs were awesome over rice.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup v8 juice
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
How To Make porcupine meatballs in sauce

Step 1Combine beef, rice, garlic powder, parsley, worcestershire sauce, egg, and salt and pepper. in a large bowl.

Step 2Shape meat mixture into balls, this recipe should make about 20 small meat balls. Place rounded meat balls onto a greased baking dish.

Step 3Combine tomato soup, V8 juice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and a little more salt and pepper then pour over the meatballs in the baking dish.

Step 4Bake 1 hour in 350 Oven. Can be served over rice, potatoes, or as a sandwich.
