How To Make porcupine meatballs in sauce

1Combine beef, rice, garlic powder, parsley, worcestershire sauce, egg, and salt and pepper. in a large bowl.

2Shape meat mixture into balls, this recipe should make about 20 small meat balls. Place rounded meat balls onto a greased baking dish.

3Combine tomato soup, V8 juice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and a little more salt and pepper then pour over the meatballs in the baking dish.

4Bake 1 hour in 350 Oven. Can be served over rice, potatoes, or as a sandwich.
