How to Make Porcupine Meatballs
- Mix the ground beef and the Rice-a-roni together in a large bowl. Set the rice seasoning packet aside for later use. Form meat mixture into 1 to 1-1/2 inch balls.
- Brown meatballs in a 10" skillet on medium to high heat until brown on most sides.
- Pour 2 to 2-1/2 cups water and the Beef Rice A Roni's seasoning packet in with meatballs. Cover & let simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
