  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 c
    minute rice
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
  • ·
    dash of pepper

How to Make Porcupine Meatballs


  1. Mix soup with water
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 of soup mixture
    Mix lightly
  3. Shape into 18 meatballs and place in skillet
  4. Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil
  5. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Baste occasionally
