Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - egg slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • - dash of pepper

How To Make porcupine meatballs

  • Step 1
    Mix soup with water
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 of soup mixture Mix lightly
  • Step 3
    Shape into 18 meatballs and place in skillet
  • Step 4
    Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil
  • Step 5
    Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Baste occasionally
