Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
water
1 c
minute rice
1 lb
ground beef
1
egg slightly beaten
2 tsp
chopped onion
2 tsp
salt
dash of pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix soup with water
2Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 of soup mixture
Mix lightly
3Shape into 18 meatballs and place in skillet
4Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil
5Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Baste occasionally
