I made these often as a yong bride and again a couple years ago and they are on Santa's favorites list Since these do not have to be browned they are pretty fast.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz size) tomato soup
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash - pepper
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce

Step 1combine egg, 1/4 cup of the tomato soup, and next five ingredients Add beef and mix well. Make 20 small meatballs and place in sprayed skillet. Mix remaining soup, 1/2 c water andworchestershire. Pour over meatballs bring to boil, reduce heat,cover and simmmer 40 min stirring occasionally, so they don't stick to pan
