one of my family faves you will have no left overs on this one!

prep time 15 Min
cook time 1 Hr 10 Min
method ---
yield 4-6 serve with mashed potatoes and green beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup minute rice
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can crean of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

How To Make porcupine meat balls

  • Step 1
    mix all ingreadients (EXCEPT SOUP AND MILK) make golf size balls out of the mix.
  • Step 2
    heat oil in the frying pan, put balls in the hot oil brown on all sides.
  • Step 3
    mix soup and milk stir good pour over meatballs let simmer for 10 mins in the frying pan then place in cassarole dish.
  • Step 4
    bake @ 350 for 1 hour stir once 1/2 way though the baking time. injoy
