Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup minute rice
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can crean of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How To Make porcupine meat balls

Step 1mix all ingreadients (EXCEPT SOUP AND MILK) make golf size balls out of the mix.

Step 2heat oil in the frying pan, put balls in the hot oil brown on all sides.

Step 3mix soup and milk stir good pour over meatballs let simmer for 10 mins in the frying pan then place in cassarole dish.

Step 4bake @ 350 for 1 hour stir once 1/2 way though the baking time. injoy
