These little Barbe-cups are idea for a ladies luncheon or game night. I love to serve these with a fresh salad and some kind of fruit salad....it's a delicious & simple way to serve up a colorful meal that makes food look good and inviting without going to a lot of trouble! *Google pic*

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup kraft barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 can pillsbury tenderflake biscuits
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

How To Make poppin' fresh barbe - cups

  • Step 1
    In large skillet, brown beef & drain. Add barbecue sauce, sugar, & onions. Separate dough biscuits. Place each biscuit in ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up to edge of cups. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle each with cheese. Return back to oven till cheese melts. These are simple to make and yummy!
