Ingredients

4 lblean ground chuck
-
8-10fresh jalapenos
-
2-3sweet red peppers
-
1 boxlight cream cheese
-
1small onion, finely chopped
-
·shakes of garlic powder
-
·handful of cilantro,chopped
-
·shake of cumin,salt and pepper
-
·olive oil for coating
-
·cheddar cheese slices
-
·slider size buns
How to Make Popper Burgers
- Mix burger with salt,pepper, and worcestershire. Form into small slider size patties and coat with olive oil. While they are on the grill saute the jalapenos and red pepper in evoo and s&p. Cover and keep warm.
- Combine the softend cream cheese,onion,garlic powder,cilantro,cumin, and s&p. After flipping the burgers top with the cream cheese mixture and a slice of cheddar till just melted.
- Place them on the slider buns and top with the sauted peppers. (I even toast the buns for a minute) Yummy! Serve with whatever side you like
