Ingredients

  • 3-6 c
    meat left over (any from tacos,sloppyjoes,and chili)
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 c
    water

How to Make POORBOY DISH

Step-by-Step

  1. I get my left over meat from another meal add 1/2 c water to it. Spray oil my pan. Put the meat in pan. then open Jiffy cornbread mix and 1/2 cup milk together. Pour over meat mixer like a donut. Bake about 15 add shredded cheese on top. bake another 5 minutes. Let cool and serve.Pan is 12x9x2" deep.
