I like to cook but my Husband always tells me that I have flour from one end of the kitchen to the other when i fry chicken. Chicken is one of his favorites.

Ingredients

1 pound ground chuck
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk, 2%

How To Make poor man's quick steak in mushroom sauce

Step 1

Mix together the Ground Chuck and the salt and pepper.

Step 2

Shape into four Patties
Step 3

Brown the patties in a large Skillet until browned
Step 4

Drain the patties and put into casserole dish
Step 5

Mix together the Cream of Mushroom soup and the one cup of milk togther and pour over the Hamburger Patties
Step 6

Cover with lid or foil and bake at 375* for 15 minutes, uncover for the last five minutes .
Step 7

You may serve this Poor Man's Hamburger steak with fluffly mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
