Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package broccoli, frozen, thawed
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 2 cans pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 large egg, beaten

How To Make poor man's beef wellington

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2In medium skillet, brown meat; drain well. Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt & pepper; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. On ungreased cookie sheet, overlap long sides of 2 rectangles 1/2". Firmly press edges & perforations to seal.

Step 4Press or roll to form a 13 x 7" rectangle. Spoon 1/2 of mixture onto dough lengthwise. Bring long edges of dough rectangle over filling, overlapping edges slightly; pinch edge & ends to seal. Repeat with remaining dough.

Step 5Brush with egg; sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
