My mom had 5 kids to feed growing up so she always had to come with low budget meals. This recipe is filling and great tasting, one of my favorit as a kid growing up.

    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    french style green beans
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce you can use spicy tomoato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas

How to Make Poor Man's Beef Burrito


  1. Brown 1 lb of ground beef in pan, season ground beef, drain water from french style green beans, add 1 can french style green beans to ground beef, add 1 can tomato sauce to ground beef, (You can use spicy tomato sauce if you want to spice it up, if not regular tomato sauce works fine) Mix thorughly for 1 to 2 min. cover and let cook for 10 min. on a med. to low heat. heat flour tortill's...And SERVE!
  2. Add your own favorit burrito toppings. For Example: Sour Cream, cheese, tomatoe, salsa,
  3. If you have time or would like to make it a full meal serve with refried beans either on the side or added to the burrito and spanish rice.
