1Combine 1/3 c. flour, salt and pepper,sprinkle on both sides of beef and brown in oil in large pot.
Add remaining ingredients except 2 T. of flour, water and mushrooms.
Stir well and bake 300 degrees for 5-6 hours on med. low. One hour before removing from oven,add mushrooms.Mix in combined 2 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. water and mushrooms. Cook until thick. Break up roast with a fork and serve over polenta.Add parsley.
