Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 10.5 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

How To Make pizza topped meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix.
  • Step 2
    Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain any grease.
  • Step 4
    Top with 10 - 1/2 ounce can of pizza sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 5
    Return to oven to melt and heat ingredients.
