2 lbround steak

8 oztomato sauce - one 8 oz can

1 can(s)contadina pizza sauce- 5-1/2 ounces

1/2 cwater

1/2 tspsugar

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1onion
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper

3 Tbspoil
How to Make Pizza Swiss Steak
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut steak in serving size pieces. Score on both sides with sharp knife. Combine flour, salt, and pepper and lightly pound into steak. Brown slowly on both sides in oil. - Combine remaining ingrediants except onion in a bowl and pour over meat. Top with onion slices and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour until tender. I don't have an oven proof pan so I transfer everything to a 9X12 glass pan and cover with foil.
