  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 c
    italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground white pepper
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese block, cut into 48 cubes
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    your favorite pizza or spaghetti sauce

How to Make Pizza Meatballs


  1. In a bowl, combine first six ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix or the meatballs will be tough.
  2. Shape into 48 meatballs. Push a cube of mozzarella cheese into the center of each meatball, covering the cheese completely with meat.
  3. Roll meatballs lightly in flour. In a large skillet, cook the meatballs in hot oil until browned. Drain.
  4. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink.
