Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese block, cut into 48 cubes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- - your favorite pizza or spaghetti sauce
How To Make pizza meatballs

Step 1In a bowl, combine first six ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix or the meatballs will be tough.

Step 2Shape into 48 meatballs. Push a cube of mozzarella cheese into the center of each meatball, covering the cheese completely with meat.

Step 3Roll meatballs lightly in flour. In a large skillet, cook the meatballs in hot oil until browned. Drain.

Step 4Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink.
