pizza meatballs

My mom use to make these as an appetizers for her card club then people started asking for them at potlucks. Then I brought them to work for a Christmas potluck now they are requested every year. I will also make them for dinner for my family sometimes as having them one time a year is just not enough for me. The bad part is we never have leftovers.

Makes 30 to 40 bite size meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 4 ounces parmesan cheese
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
How To Make pizza meatballs

Step 1Mix together all ingredients and form balls. For appetizers make them about the size of a golf ball for dinner I make them about twice as big.

Step 2Brown them in a pan on med heat turning often and covering. When brown on all sides remove from pan and serve.

Step 3For potlucks I put them into a slow cooker on low to re-heat a couple hrs before serving.
