I started making these when I worked in the Waterford drive-in before it closed down. Such a shame. Pictures will follow after dinner is served.

Ingredients

- hot dogs (i used kogels viennas)
- pizza sauce
- pepperoni
- pizza cheese (we like the four cheese blend)
- hotdog buns

How To Make pizza dogs

Step 1

Cook hotdogs any way you like we usually grill them or fry in a pan.(not a fan of boiled)

Step 2

Open and warm your pizza sauce or make mine. Will link mine to this recipe later after posting.
Step 3

Open your buns and cover lightly in sauce,top with cheese and place your pepperoni as you wish. Place under broiler until cheese melts
Step 4

Put dog on bun and serve.
