Craig Clark

I used to get a nasty version of what the school called Pizza burgers when I was a kid, I never thought I would try comming up with a recipe of myown to enjoy at home, but the other night I had some leftover sause and thought why not try it and see what happens. Boy was I suprized when I almost ate two of them. This one is so easy and the kids will love them. I hope you do too.

How to Make Pizza Burgers

  1. sprinkle hamburger patty with spices listed and fry in a pan or on the grill. When cooking is almost complete top with sause, and cheese, place on toasted bun and enjoy. I put a slice of raw onion on mine but you can top with your choice of items.
  2. for pasta sause I make my own but you can use store bought sause if you like. For my sause I use a 6 oz can of tomato paste, 2 1/2 cans of hot water, the spices listed above and about a tbl. spoon of sugar bring to a soft boil. Sause is thick.
