- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (16oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15.5oz) trappey's pinto beans
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder

Step 1Place ground beef and onion in large saucepan and cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes until browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans, chili powder, salt and pepper into meat mixture. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
