Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 15 ounces pineapple slices in juice
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make pineapple burgers

Step 1Mix ground beef and Italian dressing, salt and pepper.

Step 2Shape into 8 patties.

Step 3Press a pineapple slice into each pattie.

Step 4Wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with wooden toothpick.

Step 5Mix remaining ingredients.

Step 6Place patties in glass 13 x 9 dish.

Step 7Pour barbecue sauce mix on patties.

Step 8Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 9Grill patties, pineapple side down, about 10 minutes.

Step 10Turn, brush with sauce.

Step 11Grill another 10 minutes.

Step 12Heat remaining sauce to serve with burgers.
