1 tspolive oil

1 cdiced red onion

2 clovecrushed garlic

1 cdiced green (or red) pepper

1 lblean ground round beef

2 1/2 clow sodium tomato sauce

1 Tbspdrained capers
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
2 ccooked rice
How To Make picadillo

1Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and green pepper. Saute 5 minutes

2Add the beef, and brown, breaking into small pieces. Drain fat.

3Add the tomato sauce and stir well. Add the worcestershire sauce, capers and hite vinegar.

4Lower the heat to medium, simmer , cooking occasionally for about 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.

5Add salt and pepper to taste, and add more vinegar if desired. Serve over
