This is a quick and easy meal that can used as taco meat, sloppy joes or many other dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlci, chopped
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    pimento stuffed olives, chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1-(8) oz
    can tomato sauce

How to Make Picadillo

Step-by-Step

  1. In large skillet over medium heat saute onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil until softened about 5 minutes, stirring occasionlly. Add ground beef, cook until done. Season with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Add tomato sauce, stir and cook 1-2 minutes.
