Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 small diced red potatoes
- 1/2 medium diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- - flour tortillas
- - cheddar cheese
How To Make picadillo

Step 1Crumble and fry ground beef with potatoes, onions and green peppers. When beef is no longer pink drain off fat.

Step 2Add meat mixture back to pan and add next 7 ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3Place meat in flour tortilla add cheese roll up and enjoy. We also will add sour cream or avocados. What ever you like!
