Philly-Style White Pizza

onion, sliced
green pepper sliced thin
8 oz
mushrooms, sliced
8 oz
roast beef, shaved
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
frozen bread dough, thawed
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
garlic clove, crushed
4 c
shredded cheese
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese


1Saute vegetables in 1 tablespoon olive oil until limp; add roast beef.
2Saute for three more minutes.
3Add worchestershire sauce and seasonings; cook 2-3 minutes more and remove from heat.
4Set aside.
5Dust work surface with flour and roll out bread dough to fit a 10" x 15" cookie sheet.
6Grease cookie sheet; fit dough into pan, making a rim of dough around edges of pan.
7Brush with remaining 2 tablespoon olive oil and spread crushed garlic over entire surface of dough.
8Top with a light layer of shredded cheese, then meat/vegetable mixture, distributing evenly.
9Top with remaining shredded cheese, then parmesan.
10Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
11Let sit 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
