Ingredients
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 1 - green pepper sliced thin
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces roast beef, shaved
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - frozen bread dough, thawed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove, crushed
- 4 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make philly-style white pizza

Step 1Saute vegetables in 1 tablespoon olive oil until limp; add roast beef.

Step 2Saute for three more minutes.

Step 3Add worchestershire sauce and seasonings; cook 2-3 minutes more and remove from heat.

Step 4Set aside.

Step 5Dust work surface with flour and roll out bread dough to fit a 10\" x 15\" cookie sheet.

Step 6Grease cookie sheet; fit dough into pan, making a rim of dough around edges of pan.

Step 7Brush with remaining 2 tablespoon olive oil and spread crushed garlic over entire surface of dough.

Step 8Top with a light layer of shredded cheese, then meat/vegetable mixture, distributing evenly.

Step 9Top with remaining shredded cheese, then parmesan.

Step 10Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 11Let sit 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
