    onion, sliced

    green pepper sliced thin
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz
    roast beef, shaved
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1
    frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Philly-Style White Pizza


  1. Saute vegetables in 1 tablespoon olive oil until limp; add roast beef.
  2. Saute for three more minutes.
  3. Add worchestershire sauce and seasonings; cook 2-3 minutes more and remove from heat.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Dust work surface with flour and roll out bread dough to fit a 10" x 15" cookie sheet.
  6. Grease cookie sheet; fit dough into pan, making a rim of dough around edges of pan.
  7. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoon olive oil and spread crushed garlic over entire surface of dough.
  8. Top with a light layer of shredded cheese, then meat/vegetable mixture, distributing evenly.
  9. Top with remaining shredded cheese, then parmesan.
  10. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
