Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 large egg whisked
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese cubed

How To Make philly cheesesteak mini meatloafs

  • Step 1
    Add oil to small skillet. Saute the onion, and green pepper until softened. Add the garlic cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a bit.
  • Step 2
    Mix the ground beef with egg, onion mixture, and breadcrumbs.
  • Step 3
    Preheat oven 425 degrees and spray a mini meatloaf pan. Shape the meatloafs to fit the pan and place 2 to 3 cubes of cheese in each one. Bake about 25 minutes
