Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- - salt and pepper
- 1 large egg whisked
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 ounces provolone cheese cubed
How To Make philly cheesesteak mini meatloafs

Step 1Add oil to small skillet. Saute the onion, and green pepper until softened. Add the garlic cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a bit.

Step 2Mix the ground beef with egg, onion mixture, and breadcrumbs.

Step 3Preheat oven 425 degrees and spray a mini meatloaf pan. Shape the meatloafs to fit the pan and place 2 to 3 cubes of cheese in each one. Bake about 25 minutes
