  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1 medium
    green pepper chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 large
    egg whisked
  • 1/2 c
    panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz
    provolone cheese cubed

How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Mini Meatloafs


  1. Add oil to small skillet. Saute the onion, and green pepper until softened. Add the garlic cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a bit.
  2. Mix the ground beef with egg, onion mixture, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat oven 425 degrees and spray a mini meatloaf pan. Shape the meatloafs to fit the pan and place 2 to 3 cubes of cheese in each one. Bake about 25 minutes
