I love Philly cheese steaks so I asked a friend for hers and this is it

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds thin round steak sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine ,melted
  • 4 medium onions sliced thin
  • 2 - green bell peppers, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend salt ,to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 8 - crusty french rolls
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese ,cut in half

How To Make philly cheese steaks

  • Step 1
    Combine steak ,butter, bell peppers, onions, and garlic pepper salt blend in slow cooker, stir to mix
  • Step 2
    Whisk together water bouillon in small bowl; pour into slow cooker, cover , cook on low 6 to 8 hrs
  • Step 3
    Remove meat, onions, bell peppers, and garlic-pepper salt blend and pile it on the toasted french rolls.
  • Step 4
    place in broiler until cheese is melted
