Ingredients
- 2 pounds thin round steak sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons margarine ,melted
- 4 medium onions sliced thin
- 2 - green bell peppers, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend salt ,to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 8 - crusty french rolls
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese ,cut in half
How To Make philly cheese steaks

Step 1Combine steak ,butter, bell peppers, onions, and garlic pepper salt blend in slow cooker, stir to mix

Step 2Whisk together water bouillon in small bowl; pour into slow cooker, cover , cook on low 6 to 8 hrs

Step 3Remove meat, onions, bell peppers, and garlic-pepper salt blend and pile it on the toasted french rolls.

Step 4place in broiler until cheese is melted
