Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup yellow/red peppers (cut into strips)
- 2 cups green bell peppers ( cut into strips)
- 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 ounces provolone cheese
- 3 ounces swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make philly cheese steak skillet

Step 1Saute veg in the olive oil until soft. Remove from pan.

Step 2Add the meat into the same pan. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and brown.

Step 3Add the veg into the browned meat, mix well.

Step 4Sprinkle the cheese over, then place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and browned.

Step 5Serve over lettuce, rice or on buns.
