Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup yellow/red peppers (cut into strips)
  • 2 cups green bell peppers ( cut into strips)
  • 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 ounces provolone cheese
  • 3 ounces swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make philly cheese steak skillet

  • Step 1
    Saute veg in the olive oil until soft. Remove from pan.
  • Step 2
    Add the meat into the same pan. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and brown.
  • Step 3
    Add the veg into the browned meat, mix well.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle the cheese over, then place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and browned.
  • Step 5
    Serve over lettuce, rice or on buns.
