Ingredients

  • FOR THE MEATBALLS
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion small diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper small diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make philly cheese steak meatballs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs together and roll into 1 inch balls. Place a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until done about 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and cook 3 minutes. Add the cheeses and cook until melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Spoon the sauce over the meatballs to serve.
