Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion small diced
- 1 small green bell pepper small diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make philly cheese steak meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs together and roll into 1 inch balls. Place a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until done about 30 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and cook 3 minutes. Add the cheeses and cook until melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Spoon the sauce over the meatballs to serve.
