- 1 pound steak ums
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 6 10 flour tortillas
- 6 slices provolone cheese
How To Make philadelphia cheesesteak wraps

Step 1Add oil to a skillet. Add the red bell pepper and onion and saute until softened. Add the steak ums and cook 5 minutes.

Step 2In a small bowl mix the mayo and horseradish Spread the mayo mixture onto one side of each of the tortillas.

Step 3Top with the meat mixture then one slice of cheese. Roll up and cut in half Add more oil to another skillet and brown the tortillas on both sides
