Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground meat loaf mixture
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons celery chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 slices soft bread cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make perfect meat loaf

Step 1Mix meat, onion,celery and seasonings . Soak bread crumbs in milk.

Step 2Add eggs Worcestershire sauce. Beat mixture with a fork or mixer.

Step 3Combine meat and egg mixtures and form into a loaf. Place in baking pan and cook for 60 to 75 minutes. Serves 8 people
